From small beginnings.

Longveld was founded by Les and Pam Roa in 1992

with little more than a toolbox, a welder and some great trade skills, to provide stainless steel site installation services to the dairy sector in Australasia.

We led a number of site-based teams carrying out projects in New Zealand, Singapore and Indonesia, and by the end of the 90’s our customers were asking us to apply our high level of quality, and attention to detail, to the fabrication of stainless steel primary processing equipment.

roots in the Waikato

Hamilton | Kirikiriroa

Since moving to our current fabrication facility in Hamilton Kirikiriroa in April 1999, we have continued to expand and refine our capability, particularly in design & production in an Industry 4.0 environment.

our purpose

Our purpose is to be a team of courageous people creating remarkable things.

The quality of our work is vital to the integrity of the global supply chain that delivers food from pasture to plate. Just as remarkable is the innovation we apply to bring an artist’s vision to life in the fabrication of large scale public art works.

core values

The values of courage, appreciation and wholeheartedness are at the core of our culture.

We are lucky to enjoy the richness of having over a dozen different nationalities and languages represented on our team. Our practical and innovative thinking, professionalism and ability to collaborate will confidently support our customers into the future.
